Te Rito Maioha Early Childhood New Zealand (ECNZ) is committed to resolving tauira complaints in a fair, 

timely, and transparent way guided by tikanga practices of manaakitanga and kotahitanga to ensure the 

mana of Tauira and staff are maintained. Where required the Pouhere Kaupapa Māori will support in 

guiding tikanga customs and practices throughout this process.
