How do I post a new discussion in a forum?

The only forum you will be able to start a new post/discussion in is your class forum (e.g. Hihi 1).

Once in the class forum, you can select Add a new discussion topic and create a new post for the forum.

This will open up a new topic - you can add a title and the content to the designated spaces.

You can also select the Advanced option on the new topic area - this will open up further to allow you to upload any supporting documents you want to go along with your discussion.

PLEASE NOTE: You cannot add a new post/discussion in the main Announcements forum for the course page or the weekly online conversations. For weekly online conversations, you will reply to your lecturers original post or another students response (depending on the instructions given to you through the course outline).
