This course is designed to give all new kaimahi a comprehensive and consistent induction experience. After the completion of this course, employees will have a better understanding of Te Rito Maioha and will be more confident in navigating their way around the systems and processes we operate.
The home page of this course has tiles that you can click on to find out information about that particular subject (e.g. Our Intranet or Health and Safety). Within each subject tile, there may be a number of different interactive activities for you to complete that will help you to find information. Below are some examples for you to familiarise yourself with. Apart from the Beyond Your First Week tile, it is expected that you will have completed the other content by the end of your first 1-2 weeks here at Te Rito Maioha.
